Touchless Infrared Thermometer
The Touchless Infrared Thermometer is a pen-sized, handheld thermometer that allows the user to instantly and accurately check the surface temperature of any object by aiming the thermometer and pressing a button. Ideal for automotive, electrical, and office applications, the portable Touchless Infrared Thermometer tests the temperature of hot, hazardous, sterile or small surfaces without contact, so the user will not need to worry about burning his fingers on overheated computer components or car engine parts. The thermometer is small enough to be carried in a pocket or a purse for use in applications from the kitchen to the workshop.
The uses for this device are unlimited. It contains a thermopile sensor on a chip technology which provides unique advantages over the older pyrometer infrared sensors. This breakthrough technology is what allows the Touchless Infrared Thermometer to be incredibly compact in size and does not require the units to be calibrated for years. The thermometer’s unique metal cylinder design is also able to prevent electromagnetic and electrostatic interferences during temperature measurement and eliminates the effect of ambient temperature changes to produce accurate temperature values.
